We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

We use Royal Mail (2nd Class Postage) to send out your order. Packages that do not arrive when expected could have gone astray whilst in transit. In this circumstance, we may have to wait 14 days before we can class the package as lost. Once dispatched, you must Contact Us if you have not received your order within the timescale advertised at the point of sale.
